⁣The difference between PVC and EVA materials lies in their composition, characteristics, and environmental friendliness.
1. Different components:
The main component of PVC is polyvinyl chloride, and other ingredients are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, etc. The top layer of this surface facial mask is paint, the main component in the middle is PVC, and the bottom layer is back coating adhesive. EVA is a rubber foam material made from ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer.

2. Different characteristics:
PVC has good electrical insulation properties and can be used as a low-frequency insulation material. Its chemical stability is also good; Due to the poor thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride, prolonged heating can cause decomposition, release HCl gas, and cause polyvinyl chloride to change color. Therefore, its application range is relatively narrow, and the operating temperature is generally between -15 and 55 degrees. EVA is a solid at room temperature, and when heated and melted to a certain extent, it becomes a liquid that can flow and has a certain viscosity.

3. Different levels of environmental protection:
PVC is currently divided into two types in mainland China: low toxicity and non-toxic, while EVA is an environmentally friendly material.
